You may not make the Yeespy App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

In such an event, the transfer must include all Yeespy Software (including all parts, media and printed materials, upgrades, and this EULA).
You are not allowed to retain any copies of the Yeespy Software. It is vital for the user to agree to all EULA terms, and any failure to do so by someone else representing you will be considered disapproval from you!
Under the Yeespy Privacy Policy, using the Yeespy software on your mobile device, you agree that Yeespy and its affiliates may collect, maintain, process, and use diagnostic, technical, and usage-related information.
This data may be used to provide and improve Yeespy features and platform, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other things associated with the software, and verify compliance with this agreement’s terms.

Additionally, no advice or information - whether oral or written - obtained by you from Yeespy shall be deemed to change this disclaimer by Yeespy regarding warranty.
Yeespy won’t be accountable for any damages due to the inability to use the application. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, failure to connect, network charges, in-app purchases, and all other direct or indirect damages.
Yeespy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Updates, upgrades, supplements, and add-on components (if any) of the software, including bug fixes and entirely new versions, are subject to this EULA.
To use the Yeespy app provided through the update, you must first be licensed for the software identified by Yeespy as eligible for the update.
This is the final and complete agreement between you and Yeespy regarding the product and services covered by this EULA.
Suppose any part of this agreement is found to be void, unacceptable, unenforceable, or prohibited. In that case, the remaining provisions will still be in full force and effect. Thank you for understanding and agreeing to these terms.
